Is Rampper custodial?
No. Crypto is locked in an on-chain escrow vault on Stellar for the duration of a trade. Rampper never holds your funds — release and refund are governed by the smart contract, not by us.
What happens if a provider doesn't pay or doesn't release?
Escrow is bounded by a time-to-live and dispute paths. If a counterparty goes dark, funds return to their rightful owner per the contract rules rather than being stuck with an intermediary.
Do I need to verify my identity?
You can connect a wallet and browse live liquidity without KYC. Individual payment rails may have their own requirements on the fiat side, but Rampper itself doesn't gate browsing.
What does it cost?
Settlement runs on Stellar, so network fees are a fraction of a cent and trades finalize in seconds. Rates are set by makers in an open order book — you see them before you commit.
Which currencies and rails are supported?
Today: PHP (GCash, GoTyme, Coins.ph, bank) and USD (Venmo, Zelle, bank), trading against USDC. More currencies and methods are being added.
